BFRAC™ Ethanol Production Process
BFRAC™ is a process that lets us separate corn into its three major components: fiber, germ, and endosperm. The endosperm is then fermented to create ethanol, while the remaining fractions are converted into new value-added products to fit all the needs of innovative producers. These include: Dakota Gold HP™, Dakota Bran™, and Dakota Germ™.
Even better, BFRAC™ reduces overall energy consumption to produce ethanol. That's more than an improvement on an old process; it represents an entirely new biotechnology model that opens new levels of performance in all dimensions of livestock production.
